This class is the best of both worlds—a dynamic Vinyasa flow to build heat, strength, and focus, followed by deep, grounding Yin stretches to release tension and reset your nervous system. Think: energizing movement up front, then total chill to close. We start with mindful, breath-led sequences to get you moving, build mobility, and shake off the day. Then we downshift into long, supported holds that target the deeper fascia and leave you feeling calm, open, and recharged. Perfect if you want a strong but balanced practice—something that works your body and clears your head. No experience needed, just come as you are.
