Service Description
"The Roots of Yoga" by Ellisa and Carlos. Yoga class teaches in cycles of 8 week reviewing basic asanas, pranayama, intention and other aspects for the practice of yoga. The class will last 1h30m We will review alignment of the asanas as well as names in Sanskrit. This class is designed to improve basics of the asana practice and flow from pose to pose without disruptions and is a preparation for intermediate-advanced practice of YOGA. You can join the class at any week or get the whole cycle. Program; Week - Asanas 1 Standing poses 2 Twits poses/ hip openers 3 Forward folds/ hip openers 4 Backbends/hip openers 5 Arm balancing 6 Inversions 7 Dynamic Meditation-Pranayama + 8 Linking Mechanism(WHOLE YOGA)
