Service Description
Ashtanga is a traditional vinyasa yoga practice known as yoga chikitsa or yoga therapy. This sequenced, dynamic flow is both challenging and accessible. With a focus on alignment and ujjayi breathe, this practice is designed to cleanse the mind, body and spirit while toning and correcting posture. In this introduction class, students will find variations to poses , and the entire sequence will not be practiced, however, the flow will be true to ashtanga series. This class uses minimal props and may have hands on adjustments.
