For those new to the practice or those wanting to focus on the foundations. All levels. Beginner’s Flow Focus on the basics of movement and breath to bring energy and balance into your day. This class is specially designed for those new to yoga, and advanced practitioners . Great at for those wanting to reconnect to the foundations of asana. offering step-by-step guidance and modifications. As you flow through sequences, you'll build strength, improve flexibility, and learn to focus your mind. In this session we will touch on yoga philosophy, meditation, pranayama and alignment. It's a great way to get moving, relieve stress, and leave feeling refreshed and confident. You don't need any experience to start—just come ready to have fun and explore what your body can do.
