Family Yoga + Sound Bath This family-friendly class is a relaxed, joyful invitation to move, explore sound, and unwind together. We’ll begin with loose, playful yoga movement designed for all ages—wiggling, stretching, breathing, and moving in ways that feel good in each body. From there, we’ll explore sound through simple instruments and sound toys, giving kids the chance to listen, experiment, and even join in creating the soundscape. The experience gently transitions into a soothing sound bath for the whole family, offering a moment of rest, connection, and shared calm. Children are welcome to participate at their own pace—moving, sounding, resting, or simply being. Grown-ups move too. No yoga or sound experience needed—just curiosity and comfort. All bodies, all families welcome.
