Women’s Circle

We invite you to join us in sisterhood and support in our upcoming women's circles.

A woman's circle is a space for you to come as you are, to be held and loved, supported by other fellow women and mommas and take time for yourself to go inward.

As a woman, we are always caring for others. It's time for you to care for yourself.

Through a series of guided meditations, Reiki energy, visualization exercises and journaling exercises, you will be taken on a journey to reconnect with your inner self and listen to your inner voice. 

Think of it as a spa session for your soul.
