During this intimate two-day retreat in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, aligned with the energy of the season and lunar cycle, women are invited to step into their divine light.
Held by sisters, healers, and curanderas, Estrella and Denise Muñoz, this experience guides you to reconnect with and reclaim the essence of the Sacred Feminine, while exploring its relationship with the Sacred Masculine. Through intentional practices, we clear stagnant energy and create space for you to return to your natural state—joy, love, intuition, and inner power.
In sacred circle, we honor each woman’s voice, story, and presence. This is a space to soften, open, and deepen your connection to yourself and others.
Over two days, you will move through yoga, breathwork, somatic healing, yoga nidra, intuitive movement, journaling, and ritual. You will be guided through a ceremonial cacao experience, explore feminine archetypes…
