Rest, Ritual & Healing Circle
An evening of grounding, reflection, movement, and community care created to honor the many layers of identity, self-expression, healing, and belonging.
After the energy, visibility, celebration, of the summer kicks off, this circle offers space to soften, reconnect, and simply be. Together we’ll gather in community for gentle yoga, sound healing, collective Reiki, ritual, intuitive reflection, card pulling, tea, and welcoming environment centered around rest, authenticity, and connection.
Each element of the evening is woven in with intention. Gentle movement and breathwork invite participants back into the body and help regulate the nervous system. Sound healing and Reiki offer space for deep rest, energetic release, and reflection. Card pulling and ritual encourage intuition and self-inquiry, while the creation of personal mandalas serves as a tangible reminder of grounding, care, and intention participants can carry with them beyond the evening.
