Join us for our monthly Storytime Yoga, where stories, movement, and mindfulness come together to inspire little ones! Each 45-minute session features a new themed story, gentle yoga poses, and a hands-on craft designed to bring the story to life.
This February, we’re celebrating Love, Kindness, and Friendship. Children will explore what it means to care for themselves and others through imaginative storytelling, playful yoga, and fun partner poses — perfect for kids to practice empathy, connection, and self-expression.
After yoga, kids will create a themed craft to reinforce the story and encourage creativity and fine motor skills. Parents or caregivers are invited to join in, making it a shared experience full of warmth, laughter, and meaningful connection.
