Flower Moon Community Gathering
As blossoms unfurl beneath the light of May’s Flower Moon, we gather to honor the season of becoming—of soft awakenings, quiet release, and tender transformation.
In the glow of this luminous moon, you’re invited to share in an afternoon of nourishment for body, heart, and soul. Bring a dish to share, and step into sacred space with community as we move gently, breathe deeply, and reflect intentionally.
Together we will:
Flow through gentle yoga to awaken the body
Sink into guided meditation to still the mind
