About the event
join us On Sunday 12/7 at the cozy space of Artful Souls and Wellness studio, we will be hosting a life drawing workshop following a beginner-friendly Yin Yoga practice. The life drawing session will be inspired by asanas (poses) embodied in Yin for the purpose of further connecting and meditating on the expression of the poses. The event will be hosted by Val, a certified yoga instructor. Drawing tools will be provided as well as tea, mats, blocks, bolsters, and lovely welcoming energy.
