About the event
Join us for a colorful afternoon of art-making inspired by Día de los Muertos. Create your own dimensional calavera using cardboard, plaster, paint, flowers, gems, sequins and other vibrant embellishments.
We’ll build, paint and decorate each piece layer by layer while exploring the beautiful colors, patterns and symbolism connected to this meaningful Mexican tradition.
Come solo, bring a friend, make it a creative date, or bring the kids — this hands-on workshop is open to adults and children alike. Everyone will leave with a one-of-a-kind piece of art to take home.
